In this workshop we will acquaint ourselves with the spiritual sources St. Benedict encouraged his followers to read, as well as selections from his Rule and early monastic commentaries on the Rule of Benedict. The goal of the workshop is to provide participants with an introduction to ancient sources on monastic spirituality and contemplative prayer.
